Please read the following before using the UPKs:

Mac users must go through Citrix to access the UPK - If you do not already have Citrix access for BAIRS, you will need to contact Financial Systems User Support (bfsbairs@berkeley.edu or 3-4250) to request Citrix access. Click here for Citrix installation instructions.

Pop Up Blockers: You will need to allow popups from the UPK web pages or disable your popup blockers in order to use the UPK. It is important that all popups be allowed not only on your browser, but also on any toolbars you may have on your computer, such as Google, Yahoo, etc. In some departments, firewalls may be an issue and you may need to add the UPK web address (http://www.bai.berkeley.edu/bfsupk/PlayerPackage/) to your firewall and trusted sites. If you're not sure if your department has a firewall, please check with your department's technical support staff.

Browser Information: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, Java Script must be enabled.

Please note that the modes of play ("See It," "Try It" etc.) are not available until you drill down (by clicking on the + sign next to the book icons) and click on a topic (an action such as "Prepare a Purchase Order") at the lowest level of the table of contents on the left side of the UPK page.

• To play a topic, click on a topic and then click on "See It" or "Try It" in the upper right corner of the UPK table of contents page. If "See It" and "Try It" are grayed out, you need to drill down to and then click on a topic in the table of contents on the left.
• When you choose "See It" as the mode of play, you can move through the topic by just watching or by pressing Enter to go from page to page.
• When you choose "Try It" as the mode of play, you can move through the topic by performing the action prompted in the yellow bubble or by pressing Enter.
• To go to a previous page when you are in a topic, click on the the Actions link next to the X in the upper right corner of the yellow bubble and then choose "Previous Step."
• To exit a topic before it is finished, click on the X in the upper right corner of the yellow bubble, or click on the the Actions link next to the X in the yellow bubble and then choose "Close Topic."
