Travel and Entertainment Training The Travel Office is pleased to announce the following Travel course offerings for the month of June 2007. The Travel Reimbursement System Preparers' Class is being offered
on Monday, June 4th from 9:00-Noon in Room 74 Barrows Hall. This is
a three-hour hands-on computer class for travel preparers. Participants
will learn how to prepare and submit travel reports using the web-based
Travel Reimbursement System. Participants must have a CalNet ID and
passphrase. The Travel Reimbursement System Approvers' Class is being offered
on Friday, June 8th, from 9:00-10:30AM in Room 74 Barrows Hall. This
is a one and one-half hour hands-on computer class for travel approvers. The Travel Policy Forum will be held on Monday, June 11, from 9:00AM to Noon. The location is 2195 Hearst, Room 101A. This three-hour lecture will cover basic UC Travel policy, including airline, car rental, and hotel policy. It will also include topics such as meals and incidental expenses, required documentation, and travel advances. The class is recommended for anyone who travels, or prepares or approves travel reports and wants to know more about UC Travel Policy.
