Travel Training for August 2011

The Disbursements Office is pleased to announce the following training offerings for the month of July 2011.

Travel Preparers Class (Course Code BECTR601)

Monday, August 29 from 9 a.m. to noon

This class is required in order to obtain access to submit travel reports in the web-based Travel Reimbursement System. In this hands-on computer class, participants will learn how to prepare, submit and track on-line travel reports.

Travel Approvers Class (Course Code BECTR602)

Tuesday, August 16 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This class is required in order to obtain access to approve travel reports in the web-based Travel Reimbursement System. In this hands-on computer class, participants will learn how to approve and track on-line travel reports.

Enrollment

You may enroll in these classes via the UC Learning Center. To access the UC Learning Center, please navigate to the Blu portal. Log in using your CalNet ID and select UC Learning Center in the Self Service section on the left. Type in the course code or class name in the search box and click on 'GO'.
