New Drop Box Location for Hand Delivered Documents for Disbursements

Effective October 1, 2011, documentation being hand-delivered to Central Disbursements may be placed in the gray drop box located in the lobby of Earl Warren Hall (2195 Hearst Avenue) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Staff in the Controller’s Office will retrieve documentation from that box during mid-morning and mid-afternoon each business day.  This change will facilitate scanning of invoices into our imaging system after the scanning equipment is relocated from University Hall to Earl Warren Hall by the end of September, 2011.

Although the Disbursements mail room in University Hall will be relocated effective October 1, the mail delivery and billing address will remain “30 University Hall” until further notice (with the continuing exception of the satellite payables units).  University Mail Services will ensure the correct routing of mailed invoices to Disbursements (University Hall and Earl Warren Hall) during this transition.
