Duplicate Payroll Data Resolved and Aug-Sept Payroll Data Now Available

The issue resulting in duplicate payroll data on the BAIRS BIS_PPS_Expense Detail reports has been resolved.

August and September 2011 payroll data is now available in the BIS_PPS_Expense_Detail reports (Hst and Curr). These reports are located in the Payroll subfolder of the BAIRS portal (Root › Financial Reports › Payroll).

The detailed payroll data for August and September was delayed due to an unanticipated change in the PPS data feed from UCOP. The new data is the employer UCRP Supplemental Assessment, which is applied to covered compensation regardless of source beginning with July 2011 pay distributed in August. This assessment now appears in the newly relabeled column GSTR/IAPOF/UCRPSU. The normal employer UCRP contributions will continue to appear in the Matching_Contrib/FSS/SMSP column.

Downstream local reports and systems that may be impacted by the inclusion of this additional assessment as a benefits line item should be reviewed.
