New summary report now available to faculty users with Fund, Flex, Project
(FFP) access

An additional summary report, the GL SUM BY FIVE CHARTFIELDS, has now been made available for faculty users that have FFP access (Fund, Flex, Project). You can find this report in the Summary Folder within the Financial Folder. This report provides a summary of the budget, actuals, encumbrances and pre-encumbrances for each unique combination of org-fund-project-flexfield-program, with grand totals for the first field in the selected sort order (org, flex, or fund).
