Enhancement in BFS - Descriptions of Attribute values relating to Fund Code

We are pleased to announce an enhancement in BFS that was implemented in response to inquiries from our department users. If you have ever wondered about the attribute values that are primarily assigned to Contract and Grant Fund Codes, this enhancement displays the descriptions for those values.

To view this new information, please go to Chartfield Maintenance > Fund Code and click on the Attributes page tab. For the attribute fields where the values are not blank, Yes (Y) or No (N), or a percentage amount, then the description of the value is displayed to the right of the magnifying glass icon.
