BFS Performance Benchmarks

BFS performance benchmarks keep the campus informed on system performance and current processing turnaround times.  We benchmark two areas:  system performance (response of panels, etc.) and processing time for central units like Disbursements, Travel/Entertainment and Purchasing.

System Performance
Performance benchmarks will be routinely updated as information becomes available.    

Processing Performance
In addition to system benchmarks, we have posted current processing times for a number of actions performed by the central business services units. These actions will include travel reimbursements, vendor payments, reimbursements to individuals, purchase requisition processing, etc.  A complete list of transaction types and the most current processing time, as well as the date the processing time was last updated can be found below.  The processing times listed are for the items with no special handling and are from time of receipt in the central department.

If your department is experiencing processing times in excess of those posted, we encourage you to inform the contact listed on the website. The contact person listed below will troubleshoot and help resolve any problems a department may be experiencing.
