To add or inactivate management project numbers, or change descriptions you must

1.

Complete the form "Management Project Number Add, Inactivate or Change." This electronic form uses MS Word.

E-mail the completed form to your Control Unit. Control Unit Contacts are listed at the bottom of the form. Requests must be approved by the Control Unit before they can be forwarded to the Budget Help Desk for processing (bkbudget@berkeley.edu).
