A UPK is a comprehensive, interactive online player that helps you understand and use a system. You can:
- Watch animations that demonstrate how to use the system
- Practice a task in a simulated environment
- Be guided through a task in a live environment
- Take a self-test to assess your knowledge of a task

eManuals
An eManual is an online, static (non-interactive) user reference guide that describes a specific aspect of a system, accompanied by screen images of pertinent system information and may include some class exercises.
Job Aids
A Job Aid is supplementary material support for specific activities that may not covered in a UPK or Quick Reference Guide.
Recorded Presentation
A Recorded Presentation is played on a computer and may include a combination of text, audio, still images, animation, video, or interactivity. You may wish to consider playing this multimedia content using an audio headset.

- BearBuy Requisition Creator Role Training
Participants will be shown concepts, workflow, best practices, and test their knowledge through several exercises. We will also demonstrate the additional training materials available for the role, including Job Aids, manuals and UPKs.
- BearBuy Authorizer and Requisition Approver Role Training
Covers BearBuy Requisition Approver, Additional Authorizer, and Chartfield 1 and 2 Authorizer Roles. Participants will be shown concepts, workflow, best practices, and test their knowledge through several exercises in the system.
- BearBuy Voucher Approver Role Training
Participants will be shown concepts, workflow, best practices, and test their knowledge through several exercises in the system. We will also demonstrate the additional training materials available for the role, including Job Aids and UPKs.
- BearBuy Match Exception Preparer and Change Order Preparer Role Training
